Greater Nebraska Science and Engineering Fair

Friday, March 25

6:30 - 8:00 PM Early Registration - Checkin and Setup Early.

Saturday, March 26

7:00 - 8:30 a.m. REGISTRATION. Set up projects. All projects must be set up and approved by 8:30 a.m. .

9:00 to 9:15 a.m. ORIENTATION. All students and interested teachers and parents meet in the auditorium for information on Fair activities.

9:15 - 9:45 a.m. STUDENT WELCOMING RECEPTION. All students meet in the lunchroom for refreshments provided by our Host Committee.

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. TEACHER DISCUSSION. All interested teachers are invited to join the Fair Director to discuss Rules and procedural problems.

9:45 - 11:30 a.m. JUDGING OF PROJECTS. Junior Division has category judging and Senior Division has Special Awards judging.

11:30 - 12:30 p.m. LUNCH. Nebraska City has many fine restaurants.

12:30 - 3:00 p.m. JUDGING OF PROJECTS. Junior Division has Special Awards judging and Senior Division has category judging. Junior Division will be released at 1:30 if Special Awards judging has been completed.

3:00 - 5:00 p.m. FINAL JUDGING. Final judging to determine best of Fair in Senior Division.

6:30 - 7:30 p.m. FAIR OPEN TO PUBLIC.

Sunday, March 27

11:00 - 1:00 p.m. FAIR OPEN TO PUBLIC. Students are required to be at their displays from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.

1:00 p.m. AWARDS CEREMONY. Attendance is required for all participants.

2:00 p.m. REMOVAL OF PROJECTS.
